Actually, it is possible to send the PDF attached to the email, but we have to activate that to each sending of email. Could this parameter go global, or better by customer ? It could also be the default value of the check box.

If you have the time :) Could be great to have the recipients in Cc instead of sending separate emails. Some clients have an automatic system checking pdf attached and check if project manager is well in Cc. We should at least have the choice (Cc or separate emails) Thx :)

It's not intuitive to understand how to localise/translate templates.

The only option to cancel (change the status to "Cancelled") an invoice is to edit a credit slip for it. We would like the ability to select a status "Nope, won't be paid" as an alternative to Sent / Paid / Cancelled by credit slip.

As of 2026 we are obliged to send our invoices via ubl/xml format through the PEPPOL-network to our clients. As this is mandatory, when will this be implemented?

When we have a list of invoices, and we make an action on an invoice, the re-initialized list is loaded, instead the list we had before.

Hello Steve, hope you are well :) Could be great to have a filter on outstanding invoices. Even with the automatic reminder, we would like to get easily a list of all outstanding invoices. Currently, we have to find the "red dates" to get them. Not really convinient. Tx See you soon Pascal

The idea is to have basic permissions on users to let them (or not let them) access specific sections of the application: invoices, estimates, credit notes, clients, products, email logs.

Some customers want us to send all invoices to a default email destination AND cc to some people Would be nice to save these settings in the company details
